A big hello to all of our customers out there. It’s been a long time since our last blog post, but not to worry - we’ve been hard at work building awesome learning tools for you. Here’s what’s new in woople:
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where you can create two users with the same email address if you duplicated the address with ALL CAPS. Big shout out to Ben for finding this one.
- Fixed a bug where the report legend was inaccurate on months with 31 days. Some of you noticed that your monthly bar wasn’t turning green until you hit 217, when the legend said you only needed 210. Congrats to anyone who found that problem!
- Fixed a bug where sometimes the episode upload indicator did not show up.
Enhancements:
- Fixed an issue where some users were being logged out of their woople account without noticing. They were able to watch videos but their progress is now logged. Now, you will receive a message asking you to log in again if you’re accidentally logged out for any reason.
- Viewings are now recorded as soon as you start watching a video! No longer need to recommend the video at the end in order to receive a viewing credit.
- However, viewings aren’t considered to be “Finished” until you recommend the video. You can only unlock the next lesson in a course when a video has been finished.
- Account Owners are now prompted to add three users when they log into an account where they’re the only users.
- Users are guided to watch a video when they first log in.
- Our “Client X” customers (you know who you are! ;) now have a link to the signup page to purchase elective content. Chris worked really hard to make sure the form in the signup page is automatically filled for you when you arrive!
So that’s about it for now everyone.
Looking forward to our next release, it’s got some goodies in there that we think you’re going to love.
All the best,
The Woople Developers
